Miura Online Maintenance (MOM)

The Miura Online Maintenance (MOM) system monitors your boiler operating conditions for easy troubleshooting should any problem arise.

The MOM system for online boiler monitoring works with the Miura boiler control system, BP Multiple Installation Controller, MW Water Softeners, CMU and water treatment controller to capture real-time data about your systems performance and operating conditions. The BL Controller and XJ1 installed on your boiler allows online communication from your boiler right to the MOM Centre located in our Brantford facility.

Real-Time System Monitoring

MOM uses a dedicated line to directly connect to your boiler and keep your information protected. This information can be gathered from the Miura BL controller at any time to assist with troubleshooting. Our MOM centre can monitor boiler operation to check details on boiler status, water level, temperature readings and steam pressure.

Makes Troubleshooting a Breeze

MOM includes a 31-day data feature that helps Miura monitor individual information to assist with technical support services. This is especially helpful with monitoring the scale temperature readings and protecting our customers' pressure vessels from possible scale build-up.

MOM allows you to be proactive in keeping your boiler system operating smoothly. Your systems onboard BL Micro Controller monitors your boiler and can detect cautions and alarm notifications up to 5 seconds before they occur, then transmit this information via MOM.

MOM Centre generates Monthly reports that is accessible from our website. Our reports give clients and reps insights regarding the Steam generated, Boiler Efficiency, Fuel consumption, Scale condition and Blowdown condition. It also monitors the temperature increase during the month and shows a graph of the increase of scale on the water tube. Our report includes boiler maintenance suggestions based on the boiler operation condition, fault history and alarm history. Each MOM report has a page for Miura Field engineers and support team to give suggestions on how to improve steam efficiencies and preventative maintenance.
